Chase on the South Thompson River is a quiet community offering country living yet is only a short drive to the major business centers of Salmon Arm and Kamloops. It is on the doorstep of two completely different ecological systems, the semi-desert area to the west and the heavily forested areas surrounding the Shuswap lake system to the east. Just imagine the diverse outdoor activities in this area, this is truly a four-season outdoor enthusiasts paradise. In the fall tourists come to see the Adams River Salmon run which some years turns the river red with migrating salmon.
