Cherryville
Cherryville just east of Lumby on Hi-way 6 annually hosts the "World Championship for Gold Panning". East of Lumby there is a route that winds it's way to Rock Creek along the Kettle River. This is an area blessed with rugged scenery, fishing lakes and streams and a myriad of provincial campsites.
