Lake country is the area between Kelowna and Vernon, bordered by Okanagan Lake, Kalamalka Lake, Wood Lake, and Duck Lake.

Kalamalka Lake is the Okanagan's crown jewel because of its unique teal blue color reminiscent of the Oceans in the Caribbean.
